"Beau" is a cowhorse gelding that doesn't fully understand roping yet. He gets tense when roped on, anticipating big moves and asks. Clayton Edsall uses this session to slow down roping principles, focusing on tracking steers, and while using a knot rope, allows Beau to take the weight of the steer on the end of the rope and learn to use his body to stop.
